Curl Curl Surf Cam Proudly Located at Your Local Children’s Charity: Stewart House
Love taking in the surf conditions at “Curly” as much as the kids at Stewart House do? In 2021, we are proud to be celebrating 90 years of service to public school children in need. Our Program is free to 1700 children across NSW each year, and only 7% of income derives from government funding. The remainder of the $5 million required annually come from charitable donations.
For many years now, Stewart House has been the site of the Curl Curl Surf Cam. All footage is delivered via a third party. Stewart House receives NO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE for this arrangement. As a local institution, Stewart House was approached many years ago by the Australian surf-cam website Coastalwatch for the use of our awesome, high vantage point. We agreed as a service to our local community. In June, Surfline took over the live streaming and we now understand the footage is no longer accessible without a paid subscription. This is something we are naturally disappointed about, however, have little control over it.
We ask that you please refrain from contacting our office to voice your disappointment. We too find this change disappointing and we simply do not have the resources to handle queries that take us away from our primary task which is to fundraise for our Program. Thank you for your understanding.

Help support Stewart House
Public school children whose principal has identified underlying health and wellbeing concerns are nominated to attend Stewart House for up to 12 days. For circumstances beyond their control, these children face challenging situations that put them at a disadvantage from their peers.
The Stewart House Program is provided free of charge, and in 2021 we celebrate our 90th birthday. Your donation will help us ensure that our program continues to be accessible to kids in need from across NSW.
Stewart House is a registered Australian charity with DGR status. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible. Once your donation is processed, you will receive a tax receipt to the email address provided.
